UMMEED will be offer a relax setting to learn how to read in English, with a selection of books to choose from. Support will be provided from a tutor on reading. We will also be providing opportunity to use tablets to access online support to help with your learning.
These sessions will look at healthy eating, reflexology and share tools that will help reduce stress and help you live a healthier and happier life. These sessions will be led by Sat Nadar Kaur and are open to all women.
